WILL IT BRING TAXES TO THE MD?

This is a difficult discussion. Primarily because we don’t know.

Many centers have received multi-year abatements and towns, cities and municipalities receive little funding.

Currently Captus has no idea or is not telling us who their Data Center partner is. Thus no one has any idea, if and what abatements (taxes, hydro, natural gas, water) they may ask for and receive from the province or municipality.

So we will have to stay on top of happenings in real-time.
